I have a house on Deer Trail (close to Big Oak). I called the Stockade Bar around noon today. The person I talked to was very familiar with our area and said we were fine. The file did burn up to one of the businesses at top town, but they were able to stop it.
I hope the info about our homes is correct - as I would sure like to believe it.
When this is all said and done, come over to 892 Deer Trail. We are new to Crestline - only been there 1 month.

Thank you Catherine for the information. That is the best so far (I pray it's true). Mom & Dad are in a motel down the hill and I just read them your message over the phone, from here in Tulsa, OK. They are relieved.
